WHY BOTH

I spent 20 years in IT. The technology was always the easy part.

I started on a help desk at GE, then spent fifteen years at a law firm, working my way up to Director of IT. When we rolled out a firm wide document system, the software worked on day one. Getting people to trust it and use it was the real job. 


Years of rebuilding how I communicate taught me the same lesson from the inside. Today I coach speakers and leaders, and I help organizations adopt AI - the same skill, pointed at two kinds of change.
