Our Expertise

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call so we can get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and which package fits your goals.

Coaching Package — $450

One focused 90-minute session built around your most pressing challenge — whether that’s a communication obstacle, a leadership blind spot, or nerves ahead of a big moment.

You’ll leave with clarity, a written action summary, and a concrete next step.

A 75-minute presentation run-through and delivery coaching session is also available as a standalone add-on for $375.

Best for leaders with a specific, immediate need — or those exploring whether deeper coaching is the right fit.

Growth Package — $6,500

Build the skills. Craft the message.

A structured 3-month engagement for leaders who are ready to invest in their communication at a deeper level. We work together across six sessions to develop your executive presence, sharpen your influence, and navigate the kind of cross-generational communication challenges that derail even strong leaders.

Alongside the coaching, you’ll develop a speech or presentation of your own — I’ll guide the structure, coach the message, and provide editorial feedback on your drafts across dedicated sessions. We’ll then move into delivery coaching so you can take that talk into any room with confidence.

∙ Six 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (two per month over three months)

∙ Structured arc: assess → build → apply

∙ Speech and message coaching with guided development and editorial feedback on your drafts

Executive Package — $14,500

The complete engagement.

A 6-month partnership for leaders who are ready to transform how they communicate at the highest level. We go deep — executive presence, influence, culture, legacy, and the kind of gravitas that makes people lean in when you speak.

You’ll work through a high-stakes talk or platform speech from the ground up, with my coaching and editorial guidance at every stage. The full delivery coaching arc takes you from first draft to stage-ready, covering structure, story, pacing, body language, and audience command. At the close of the engagement, we build your custom communication playbook — a personalized guide to your voice, your style, and how you lead through communication going forward.
